The dynamic menu at Texas de Brazil features extensive meat selections of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage
all deliciously seasoned and prepared in the traditional Brazilian method, over an open flame, and carved tableside
by the restaurant’s authentically costumed Brazilian cowboys or “Gauchos.” Accompaniments with the cuts
of meat include garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread, and sweet-fried bananas. The restaurant also
features a fresh, gourmet salad area containing more than 50 items, which include but are not limited to: Brazilian
black beans with pork, imported cheeses, marinated Portobello mushrooms, hearts of palm, tangy Tabbouleh
